International Yoga Day with Sharan Khanna — A Gathering for the Mindful
On 21st June, we’re hosting something special. International Yoga Day at our farm is a large-scale wellness gathering led by renowned yogini Sharan Khanna — an immersive, community-driven celebration of yoga, mindful living, and the deeper traditions that make this practice so transformative.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or someone who has been meaning to explore yoga seriously for the first time, this is a day worth showing up for.
An Experience Rooted in Intention
The day opens with a guided yoga session led by Sharan Khanna — a practitioner known for her depth, warmth, and ability to hold a genuinely powerful space. Her sessions combine traditional asana with breath awareness, and participants consistently describe her teaching as both accessible and profound.
Meditation and breathwork follow — extended practices that take participants further into stillness than a typical class allows. The natural setting amplifies everything: open air, birdsong, soft morning light, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Nature, Community, and Nourishment
Nature immersion sessions thread through the day, inviting participants to experience the landscape mindfully rather than just pass through it. Meals are sattvic — light, vegetarian, freshly prepared, and chosen specifically to support a day of practice.
For Individuals and Corporate Groups
This event welcomes individual wellness enthusiasts as well as corporate teams looking for a meaningful, shared experience on International Yoga Day. Group bookings for organisations are available — reach out for details on corporate rates and logistics.

Not at all. Sharan Khanna is known for her ability to hold space for practitioners at every level — from complete beginners to those with years of dedicated practice. The session is structured to meet participants where they are, so you’re welcome to attend regardless of how long you’ve been practising or whether you’ve practised at all.
Sattvic food refers to a plant-based, freshly prepared diet rooted in Ayurvedic tradition — light, clean, and conducive to clarity and calm. All meals served on the day will be vegetarian. If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please mention them at the time of registration and we’ll ensure suitable options are prepared for you.
