1. General Policy Refunds are not generally applicable. Exceptions may apply under extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Company.

2. Processing Refunds

• If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

3. No Refund Cases Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date or in cases of no-shows.
