Spring Wellness Day 18th April

Hey there!

Thank you for enquiring about our Spring Wellness Day scheduled on 18th April 2026 (Saturday) facilitated by Sangeeta Dasgupta, Founder – Healing Oshun – Gurugram. She is a senior Tai Chi practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist and preacher.

Please find the flow of the event as indicated below:

8:30 – 10:00 AM | Tai Chi & Qigong

Gentle movement practices to awaken the body and regulate the nervous system.
Participants will be guided through Tai Chi and Qigong sequences to:

● activate breath–body awareness
● balance energy flow
● cultivate calm presence for the day ahead

This session sets the energetic and emotional tone for the workshop.

10:00 – 10:30 AM | Breakfast

Mindful breakfast break.

10:30 – 11:00 AM | Nature

Walk
Sensory Grounding
A guided nature walk designed to deepen presence and connection with the environment.
Participants will be invited to:
● walk in silence
● engage their senses (sight, sound, touch)
● observe nature as a mirror of inner stillness.

11:00 – 12:45 PM | Creative Expression: Pottery & Mandala Workshop

Hands-on creative exploration through earth and sacred geometry.
Participants will:

● work with clay through pottery
● create intuitive mandalas

Purpose:

● encourage emotional expression
● activate creativity
● access subconscious patterns through art.
The focus is on process over perfection.

12:45 – 1:00 PM | Emotional Release Activity

Suggested Activity: “Shake & Sound Release” (Somatic Emotional Reset)

Flow:

1. Participants stand in a circle.
2. Guided body shaking starting from feet, moving upward.
3. Gentle free vocal release (humming, sighing, vowel sounds).
4. Deep breathing to settle the nervous system.

Purpose:

● release stored emotional tension
● reset the nervous system
● integrate creative expression work.
This technique is inspired by trauma-release somatic practices.

1:00 – 2:00 PM | Lunch Break

Nourishing meal and rest.
Participants are encouraged to remain in a slow and mindful state, allowing the morning
experiences to integrate.

2:00 – 3:30 PM | Music Therapy & Chakra Healing

A guided journey using sound and vibration.

Components may include:

● chakra sound meditation
● music-assisted relaxation
● visualization with healing frequencies

Purpose:

● rebalance emotional and energetic centers
● deepen inner awareness.

3:30 – 4:00 PM | Reflection & Feedback Circle

Participants share insights and reflections from the day.
Methods may include:

● brief sharing circle
● reflective prompts
● written feedback.

This allows integration and collective learning.

4:30 – 5:15 PM | Mirror Movement Circle (Embodied Connection Practice)

Purpose:

Emotional expression, body awareness, empathy, and group bonding.

Concept:

Participants explore movement by mirroring each other’s body language, allowing emotions
and inner states to be expressed non-verbally. This practice builds somatic awareness and
deep group connection.

Flow:

1. Grounding (5 minutes)
Participants stand in a circle and take a few deep breaths, gently loosening the body.
2. Pair Mirror Exercise (15 minutes)

Participants form pairs.

● One person begins as the leader, making slow intuitive movements.
● The partner mirrors the movements as accurately as possible.
● After a few minutes, they switch roles.

3. Silent Movement Dialogue (10 minutes)

Both participants now move together without a leader, allowing the body to respond intuitively
to the other.

4. Group Integration (5 minutes)

Participants return to the circle and notice how their body and emotions feel after the
movement.

5:15 – 5:30 PM | Letter to My Future Self

Purpose:

Anchors transformation and encourages deep personal reflection.

Activity:

Participants write a short reflective letter to themselves beginning with prompts such as:
● Today I discovered…
● What I want to remember from this experience…
● A commitment I make to myself moving forward…
Participants can seal the letter and choose to open it after 90 days as a reminder of their
intention.

5:30 – 6:00 PM | Gratitude Energy Circle (Heart Coherence Practice)

Purpose:

Strengthens group connection and creates a meaningful emotional closure.

Flow:

1. Participants sit in a circle and gently hold hands.
2. A short guided breathing practice invites attention to the heart space.
3. Participants silently send gratitude and positive intention to the group.
4. The circle closes with collective humming or chanting “Om.”
This closing ritual helps participants leave with a sense of calm, gratitude, and collective
harmony.

Please note that our ticket prices are 2899++ per head for day pass and 12999++ for staycation for two people.

Please note the following:

1. Meals- healthy breakfast, organic lunch, evening tea with light snacks
2. Workshops- Tai chi, Sound Meditation, pottery, mandala, community building activities
3. All workshop materials will be provided by the resort including yoga mats and fresh towels.
4. Guests are requested to wear comfortable attire.
5. Only early morning session (8:30 – 10am) workshop will be outdoors.
6. Rest will be indoors.
7. Timings of workshop are from 8:30am to 6pm.
